Responsible for developing and implementing bold and innovative partnerships to cultivate and strengthen community sponsorship opportunities. Duties include but are not limited to recruiting, training, and coordinating cosponsor groups and generating and coordinating in-kind and cash support for refugee participants in the co-sponsorship program.

Finance Manager

Manage the overall and daily financial operations of the CWS/Durham office at the local level. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. Also, addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including financial reporting, reimbursements, audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities.

Ukrainian Case Manager

Responsible for outreach, intake, assessment, and referral services for clients who are in the US and seeking support and guidance regarding life in the US. Provide support as newly arrived/arriving Ukrainians seek assistance in learning what services may be available and how to access these services (i.e., legal services, school enrollment for their children, English language training, health care support, etc.)

Migrant Services Coordinator

Responsible for administering programs serving vulnerable migrants in need of cash assistance, case management, referrals, and additional services. Duties include but are not limited to developing networks, grassroots fundraising, and building relationships with community partners to ensure resource allocation and integration of services.

Immigrant Children's Program

Provide legal representation on a variety of family-based and humanitarian immigration matters before DHS, the Immigration Courts, and the BIA, with special focus on vulnerable populations and children recently released from ORR custody.
