Offer support and services to Ukrainians to help them successfully make a new home in the United States.
Provide short-term English Language Training (ELT) that provides a bridge from client’s first language to essential English for use in navigating environments and systems within the United States.

Offer support and employment services to refugees to help them reach financial self-sufficiency in the United States.
The Housing Specialist liaises with CWS case management and volunteer coordination staff, landlords, and AirBNB to develop new housing opportunities for refugees and to coordinate housing plans for new arrivals.
Refugee Community Organizer
Build relationships, develop refugee leaders, create educational opportunities, register new citizens to vote, host educational forums on voting, and facilitate events and meetings that promote the welcome of refugees and immigrants in North Carolina.
Support development and fundraising efforts for CWS North Carolina IRP through management of grant initiatives and foundation and grant-maker relations as well as monitoring and evaluation processes.
